What is it?

OK, Why?

You could need a MEDIC! service for many reasons; perhaps your existing developers are unavailable and you need something fixed urgently, maybe your application is about to launch and you want a code review, it could even be that the progress of your application release is going too slowly and you want to kick it into high gear.

A reInteractive MEDIC! service gets in there, finds the bugs, and handles them, not just with a patch, but with a full behaviour driven solution that ensures that the problems or features stay fixed.

So what do you do?

It depends on what you need and the application in question. But a typical MEDIC! service consists of getting your app running on our testing and development servers, then getting any existing failing tests or specifications passing, then reviewing the existing code style to spot potential problems with a short report of what we find to you. Once we both know what we are dealing with, we take the rest of the time bundled in with the MEDIC! service to either implement the feature you need, or implement the feature you want.

How long does it take?

The MEDIC! Service comes bundled with 4 or 15 hours of development time. This usually takes 3-4 days to complete including clarifications and communication between yourself and ourselves. If your situation is truly urgent, then we can get these hours delivered in two days, of course, a surcharge does apply for the rush service.
